The best ever service and the kindest practice I have ever been too. Being extremely phobic of dentists since a child(I'm 43 now), I can't ever say thank you enough for the way everyone was so supportive especially today. I am really impressed by this practice. It is clean, well organised and the dental surgeon treating me it approachable and explains what he is doing. I am particularly impressed with the way the receptionists contact patients prior to appointments to confirm. This is a thoughtful touch and one I have not experienced with other surgeries. Unless sudden illness takes hold, there really is no excuse for missing an appointment here. They cater for nervous patients, offering sedation appointments, and have the facilities to x-Ray a patients entire mouth in one go. While other dentists in the area seem to do as little as possible, this practice seems to be at th other end of the scale. Very Impressed.

I give 2 stars because one of the receptionists was very friendly and polite and tried to help me as much as she could, however I have to change dentist because I missed a couple of appointments so they blocked me from making me anymore bookings and have to go elsewhere. Being a working single mum with three young children I have a lot on my plate and to remember. I also do not drive so finding another dentist in another town will be a mission for me getting there. I am very upset and disappointed by the whole dental practice system. Anyway the dentist that was treating my children and I , sometimes I felt unease with him.
