Absolutely no continuity of care. Doctors change frequently and there is little to no coordination. Clearly focused on meeting NHS targets. Dr. Galen has refused to follow up with instructions as given by my consultants, has arbitrarily changed a pain management plan that was actually working. I agree with the other review here that refers to her as rude and arrogant. She in fact stated, during my appointment, "Look. This is the first time I've ever met you and I can't know your medical history in 10 minutes."
Have been with this practice for over 40 yrs always been very helpful & caring .First joined when I moved to Newhaven but still continued going there after moving to Peacehaven
Dr Galen rude arrogant and totally incompetent! After having an unsuccessful coil fit she rushed myself out the door without even asking if I was ok? I left the doctors shaking, feeling incredibly faint and in severe pain. I shall never return to this doctors again. Worse experience ever!!!!!
you really need to see your doctor you can't and have to ring 47 times just to get through
Worst surgery i have seen..cant get appointment .. keep ringing and no one answering the phone.. after they answer all the appointments gone for the day ring back tomorrow .. same again tomorrow..
