Appalling after sales service. Need to return unused items because Howdens design was flawed and their approved fitter needed to rejig the layout to fit my kitchen. The manager has ignored my emails for over a week and is blatantly dodging my call, his deputy is no better, fails to respond and has no answers/reasoning over the phone. Shocking!
Trade only, even though I had an appointed contractor they could not help with a price - useless for me as an end customer so used Amazon, don't bother.
We popped in to look at doors to choose for our builder to do some work. The young lady at the front desk was lovely, and the chap who showed us around to look at different doors couldn't have been more helpful. Good work Howdens.
