Just moved into an old house which has a really old front door latch, at least 200 years old, but no longer working. Took it into the shop, on a whim, and their faces lit up, they literally could not have been more eager to sort it out for me, and in 30 mins, it was working again! Proper craftsmen, with pride and skill in their work, I'll be using this shop for all my keys and locks from now on. Thank you!
Met this gentleman in his shop when I was visiting friends in England a few months ago. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, courteous and generous. He took time to explain a number of things about lever locks and ended up giving me several used locks to assist me in my quest to increase my knowledge of the sport of lock picking. He did these things knowing that I was not there to spend money but to increase my knowledge. Class act all the way around.
Internal Locking Mechanism Very quick response time from my call. Really friendly, polite guy attended, who knew exactly what he was doing. Charged a reasonable amount for the job. Its not every day you get service like this. I am really pleased and would highly recommend them.
