Great place to stay and very reasonably priced. Ideal base for visiting family
Look like was newly renovated. Nice rooms. Good prices.
What great value for money. We had a new build room, with a amazing finish, great bathroom (the shower had a massage feature) and all you need in a hotel room. It's a shame you have to pay a lot for breakfast, but it's located next door to a Brewer's Fayre, so it's not the end of the World. Also, a very large Sainsbury's is located behind the hotel as well, so the need for breakfast isn't great.Overall, very happy with what we got for the price. Actually, I'm still amazed at its price, over Christmas as well.
Not overly impressed with the 'family room' we had (a bed put up which left absolutely no room for the travel cot we had said we will need to use for out 1 year old). Staff were helpful to get this resolved but I had called ahead, multiple times to try and make sure this was all sorted.
Great Inn within a few minutes from the Ferry. We didn't get to explore much as most of the area was under construction. The lack of a lift was a little difficult with 2 kids and a wife that packs the entire house in a suitcase. But we enjoyed our stay there.
