They didn't deliver, they didn't even tryed. They just sayed they attemped to deliver but I was not at home, but this is just a lie. My parcel was labeled as "attemped to deliver" but after just 1 minute it was delivered to a local drop shop. I will never more accept any deliver with this company, I can accept retards or any other issue, it can happen, but to be twisted like this NO!Oh and of course, to talk with someone it is impossible, no customer sarvice. Really the worst delivery company I've ever seen
Very friendly and efficient staff
Failed to deliver parcel three days in a row just because their moron couriers can't figure out post codes or find the property. Made numerous phone calls just get nothing fixed at all, tracking remained stuck at "can't find the address" for days. In the end the parcel was gone and never received my purchase. DO NOT USE U.P.S! WORST COMPANY THAT CAN'T FIGURE OUT THE POST CODES AND HAS UTTER MORONS FOR COURIER DRIVERS!YOUR PARCEL WILL BE GONE IF YOU WILL USE UPS!
Waited in all day for nothing, then find out they are saying they tried to delivery the parcel, when no one called.
If there was a way to give minus stars, I would give it. Probably the worst courier service in operation. Item delivered with a hefty customs charge, half the cost of the item being delivered. I refused to accept item until I spoke with the sender about this and delievery driver said he would return the next day. After I contacted sender, he agreed to compensate me so I contacted UPS to update them and went ahead and paid the customs fee over the phone. Coming up to a week now and still not received item after spending several days waiting for them to deliver it. I now refer to this company as Useless Parcel Service, and that's being polite.
