Excellent service! Would defiantly use them again. Britannia moved me to France.. nothing was too much trouble, the staff were amazing, friendly and couldn't have been more caring, they put my furniture and all my belongings in the places all over the house where ever I wanted it. I even changed my mind about something upstairs and they immediately brought it back downstairs without any fuss, which was difficult, as the item was large and the stairs narrow, also when packing up to leave they were so helpful at a very stressful time. The Office staff also so kind and friendly nothing too much trouble, they put my mind at ease as exchange and completion were only a week apart. I can't praise this company enough and also a very competitive price for five star plus service. Thank you!!!Sally Barnes

Lousy service, staff kept complaining about the steps up to our new home. One member of staff was on the phone all the time and lack of care resulted in our sundial being shattered and a cast iron cooking pot badly damaged by totally awful staff plus the compensation was not worth having. LOUSY STAFF AND SERVICE.
Used them for secure destruct of old docs but not too confident of process although docs to be shredded were bagged and sealed, we were given compliment slip as receipt of our bags! the ladies in the office were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.
